How downloads and license keys work
Download free assets with your account and use your TJA_ key for premium files when you are not signed in.
Use the Downloads tab in your account for the simplest download experience. Free assets need a free account; premium files need a paid pack or lifetime license. Paid purchases also include a TJA_ key for downloads when you are not signed in.
Downloading free assets
- Create a free account and sign in.
- Open a free asset page.
- Select Download.
No payment or key is required. The asset is covered by the Free Commercial License shown on the site.
Downloading purchased files
After buying a pack or lifetime access, open Account → Downloads. Depending on the product and the files currently available, you may see:
- a complete pack ZIP;
- an editable edition;
- individual GLB files; and
- your purchase's accepted license terms.
If you are signed in to the purchasing account, the buttons work without entering a key.
Your TJA_ key
Each paid purchase receives a key shaped like:
TJA_XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXYou can find it in your purchase email and on the Downloads tab. Use it when downloading from another machine or through the download API without a browser session. Keep it private: anyone with the key may be able to use your download access.
The key is a download credential, not the legal license itself. Your usage rights come from the terms accepted with the purchase.
Previews are not licensed downloads
Asset and demo pages stream models so you can inspect them in the browser. Previewing or technically fetching a preview does not grant production-use or redistribution rights. Use the Downloads tab for files covered by your account or key.
If a download is unavailable
- Confirm that you are signed in with the email used for the purchase.
- Check that the order is shown as paid in Account → Billing.
- Confirm that the requested file is listed for that pack; optional editable editions are not available for every pack.
- If you requested a refund or opened a payment dispute, downloads may be unavailable while the order is not paid.
