License terms
A plain-language summary of the Free, Pack, and Lifetime commercial licenses.
All threejsassets licenses allow covered assets to be used in personal, client, and commercial projects. You may modify and embed assets in your work, but you may not resell, share, mirror, repackage, or redistribute the asset files or download access.
This article is a plain-language guide. The license version supplied with a purchase applies to that purchase; later wording changes do not silently change rights you already accepted. See the license page and the terms included with your files for the full wording.
Free Commercial License
The Free Commercial License covers assets marked free.
You may:
- use them in personal, educational, open-source, client, and commercial projects;
- modify, transform, combine, and embed them in an end product; and
- use them without attribution.
You may not:
- sell, sublicense, mirror, share, or redistribute the files on their own;
- include them in another asset pack, library, stock collection, downloadable template, starter kit, marketplace listing, dataset, or competing service; or
- use threejsassets branding or previews to imply endorsement.
A free account is required to download; no payment or TJA_ key is required.
Pack Commercial License
The Pack Commercial License covers the premium assets in one purchased pack. It allows client and commercial use and unlimited shipped end products under the terms supplied with the purchase. It also covers future premium additions to that pack while the pack remains part of the first-party library.
It does not cover premium assets outside the purchased pack. Reselling or redistributing asset files, sharing download access, and creating a competing asset product remain prohibited.
Lifetime Commercial License
The Lifetime Commercial License extends the Pack Commercial rights across the covered first-party premium asset library. It includes current assets and future first-party additions covered by the lifetime terms.
Separate future services, third-party marketplace items, custom work, or unrelated software are excluded unless explicitly added to the covered library.
TJA_ download keys
After a paid purchase, threejsassets supplies a TJA_ download key. It provides access to covered downloads; it does not replace or define the legal license. Keep the key private.
Previews and provenance
The browser viewer is for evaluation. Preview access does not grant production-use or redistribution rights.
Public asset pages may show upstream provenance when applicable. An upstream public-domain or CC0 original keeps its original grant; the optimized threejsassets file, packaging, and download experience use the license shown for that asset.
