Refunds and payment disputes affect whether you can make new downloads. Your Billing tab shows the current order status.

Full refunds

A full refund ends the paid license and removes access to new downloads for that purchase. The TJA_ key for the refunded purchase will no longer work.

Files already on your device are not remotely deleted. The refund terms and the license supplied with your purchase determine whether you may continue using them.

Partial refunds

A partial refund changes the order from fully paid, so new downloads are unavailable while the order has that status. Contact support if you need clarification about a specific partial refund.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Opening a dispute through your bank or card issuer pauses new downloads while the payment is disputed. If the dispute is resolved in your favour and the order returns to paid, access is restored unless the purchase was also refunded. A lost dispute or chargeback ends the paid license and download access.

What to include when contacting support

Send the checkout email, purchase date, product name, and a short description of the problem. Do not send full card details or your complete TJA_ key.

For the usage rules that apply to refunded files, see License terms.
