Your account
Find your profile, purchase history, receipts, license keys, and downloads.
Your signed-in account is split into three tabs: Profile, Billing, and Downloads.
Profile
Account → Profile lets you update your display name and newsletter preferences.
Billing
Account → Billing shows your order history, including the product, date, order status, subtotal, discount, tax, refund amount, and total. When a Stripe receipt link is available, select View receipt.
The Billing tab is not an invoice archive. Invoice PDF downloads are not currently provided.
Downloads
Account → Downloads shows files available from paid purchases. Depending on the pack, this can include:
- a full pack ZIP;
- an editable edition;
- individual GLBs;
- the license terms accepted with the purchase; and
- the purchase's
TJA_download key.
Optional files appear only when they are available for that pack. Orders that are refunded, disputed, or otherwise not paid can remain visible under Billing while their files are unavailable under Downloads.
You normally do not need to copy your key in the browser. Keep it for downloads from scripts or another device, and do not share it.
Missing a purchase?
Sign out and sign in with the exact email used at checkout. If it still does not appear, contact support with the checkout email, purchase date, and product name. Do not send your full TJA_ key.
