Billing, tax & receipts
What checkout collects and where to find your order totals and receipt.
Purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Checkout shows the final price, discount, tax, and total before you pay.
Billing details and tax
Stripe Checkout collects a billing address. Depending on your location and the current checkout configuration, it may also request a tax ID and show tax.
Review the total shown by Stripe before confirming payment. The order in Account → Billing reflects the billing details, currency, subtotal, discounts, tax, refunds, and total from checkout.
Prices are displayed in USD. Your card provider may convert the charge and apply its own exchange rate or fee.
Receipts
After payment, threejsassets sends a purchase email with the product, license information, and download key. When Stripe provides a receipt link, it also appears on the Billing tab as View receipt.
The site does not currently offer invoice PDF downloads or a subscription billing portal. All products are one-time purchases.
Need billing help?
Contact support with the checkout email, purchase date, product name, and the issue you see. Do not send full card details or your complete TJA_ key.
