A plan gives you download access to the premium packs it covers — including packs added to that coverage while you stay subscribed — for as long as your subscription runs. Each plan on the Pricing page lists what it includes.

A plan does not cover every pack, and it never covers a bundle. Bundles are sets of packs sold together for a one-time price: a plan can include some of the packs in a bundle, but not the bundle as a whole. A pack that plans do not include says so on its page, and each bundle page says how many of its packs plans include. To get the rest, buy the pack or the bundle; that purchase is yours whether or not you stay subscribed. You manage everything from Account → Billing: switching plans happens on the subscription's card, and cancelling happens in the billing portal behind Manage subscription.

Plans sit alongside one-time purchases rather than replacing them. A pack you buy is yours under its own license whether or not you ever subscribe. Current plans, intervals, and prices are on the Pricing page.

Subscribing#

Pick a plan on Pricing and pay through Stripe Checkout. Plans renew automatically — monthly, every 3 months, or yearly, depending on the plan you choose — until you cancel.

When an automatic offer applies — for example, packs you bought recently counting toward your first payment — checkout applies it for you. You do not need a code. If you enter a discount code, the code is used instead of the automatic offer; checkout takes one discount.

If you already pay for a plan and check out for a plan you could switch to instead, you are sent to Account → Billing rather than a second checkout. There it is a plan change on your existing subscription, not a second subscription.

What the card on Billing shows#

Each subscription you pay for gets its own card with the plan name, a status badge, and the line under it:

BadgeWhat it means
ActiveThe plan renews on the date shown.
Payment issue, retryingA renewal payment failed and Stripe is retrying it. Your access continues through the date shown; update your card under Manage subscription.
Ends on a dateYou cancelled. Your access continues until that date, then it ends.
EndedDownloads have stopped. Anything you already built with the assets stays yours to ship.

Switching plans#

When another plan is available to you, the card shows a Change plan section listing each option with its price and what happens when you pick it:

  • Upgrades take effect now. Select Switch now. The unused time on your current plan is credited and the difference is charged to your card straight away. Moving to a longer billing interval — monthly to yearly, for example — counts as an upgrade even though it costs less per month.
  • Downgrades wait for your renewal. Select Switch at renewal. Nothing is charged today, and you keep what you already paid for until the renewal date. The card then reads Switches to the new plan on that date.

A move to a different kind of plan — for example Upgrade to a higher plan, or Move to a lower one — opens a short summary of what changes first, and you confirm with Confirm upgrade or Confirm change at renewal.

Until a scheduled downgrade takes effect, you can undo it with Cancel the scheduled change. Your current plan then simply renews.

You cannot switch while a subscription is ending, has ended, or has a payment issue. If an upgrade's charge is declined, your plan stays as it was; update your payment method under Manage subscription and try again.

Cancelling#

Select Manage subscription on the plan's card. It opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel, update your card, and see past invoices.

Cancelling stops the renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and the card shows Ends on that date. When the subscription ends, the Subscription Commercial License says what you keep:

  • the files you already downloaded;
  • end products you already put the assets in — you can keep developing, selling, and distributing them; but
  • downloads stop, and you may not use the assets in anything you start after the subscription ends.

To come back, select Resubscribe on the ended card. It starts a new subscription; after an ended plan, Manage subscription becomes View past invoices.

Your price stays the price you subscribed at#

When we change a plan's list price, your subscription keeps renewing at the price you subscribed at. The new price applies to new subscriptions. Founding prices work the same way: subscribe while one is offered and you keep it for as long as you stay continuously subscribed.

The price is tied to your subscription, not to your account. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the new subscription starts at the price on offer at that time.
