Your account

Your signed-in account is split into seven tabs: Profile, Billing, Downloads, Studio, Connections, Games, and Support.

Profile#

Account → Profile lets you update your display name and newsletter preferences.

Billing#

Account → Billing lists your orders in four columns: Product, Date, Total, and Receipt. Each product carries a status badge — Paid, Refunded, Partially refunded, Disputed, and so on — plus the discount code when one was used.

The table shows the total you paid, not a breakdown. For the itemised figures, open the Stripe receipt with View receipt when a link is available.

The Billing tab is not an invoice archive. Invoice PDF downloads are not currently provided.

Downloads#

Account → Downloads shows files available from paid purchases. Depending on the pack, this can include:

• a full pack ZIP;
• an editable edition;
• individual GLBs;
• the license terms accepted with the purchase; and
• the purchase's TJA_ download key.

Optional files appear only when they are available for that pack. Orders that are refunded, disputed, or otherwise not paid can remain visible under Billing while their files are unavailable under Downloads.

You normally do not need to copy your key in the browser. Keep it for downloads from scripts or another device, and do not share it.

Studio#

Account → Studio lists the Studio projects you have saved to the cloud, and shows how many of your cloud slots are in use. Cloud sync is included with your account up to that number of projects.

Connections#

Account → Connections holds two separate things. API keys let you download your packs from a script, a build server, or your own tooling; Recent API downloads lists what those keys have fetched, so you can spot one you do not recognise and revoke it. AI assistants is where you connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to your account and choose what each app is allowed to do.

An API key is not the same credential as the TJA_ download key on a purchase, and neither is the same as an AI assistant connection. See API authentication.

Games#

Account → Games shows your cloud saves from the games on play.threejsassets.com. Saves sync automatically while you are signed in.

Support#

Account → Support holds your Support tickets — your conversations with the team. Replies also land in your inbox.

Missing a purchase?#

Sign out and sign in with the exact email used at checkout. If it still does not appear, contact support with the checkout email, purchase date, and product name. Do not send your full TJA_ key.
